The Process

  1. Discovery Call

    You will sit and meet with our team in person or over video call to outline what your goals are for the month

  2. Plan of Action

    We create a plan of action for the month based on your needs. We highlight key dates and deadlines to maintain our expectations on delivery.

  3. We get to work

    We start designing the assets for the month.

  4. Approval

    Once all assets are designed, we send them to you for approval.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unused hours will roll over for up to two months.

  • Every 3 months, you will have the opportunity to upgrade, downgrade or switch packages.

  • We require a 3-month minimum contract to ensure impactful results.

  • We use a time-tracking system and provide monthly reports on time spent and an overview of our work that month.

  • Additional work can be discussed and billed at a discounted hourly rate.

  • We offer 3 revisions per month on each retainer package. Unused revisions cannot be carried forward.

  • All retainers commence on the first working day of the month.
