Tailored for businesses with high print demands, such as e-commerce brands with regular demand for multiple creative pieces.

So we can dedicate enough time to creating great pieces of print collateral, designing four pieces a month will help manage expectations so we can deliver to a high standard.
We will provide you with a content structure so you can provide us with the content you require for each piece of collateral. We will design each piece with the content provided.

Discovery Call
You will sit and meet with our team in person or over video call to outline what your goals are for the month
Plan of Action
We create a plan of action for the month based on your needs. We highlight key dates and deadlines to maintain our expectations on delivery.
We get to work
We start designing the assets for the month.
Approval
Once all assets are designed, we send them to you for approval.

Unused hours will roll over for up to two months.
Every 3 months, you will have the opportunity to upgrade, downgrade or switch packages.
We require a 3-month minimum contract to ensure impactful results.
We use a time-tracking system and provide monthly reports on time spent and an overview of our work that month.
We offer three revisions per month on each retainer package. Unused revisions cannot be carried forward.
All retainers commence on the first working day of the month.

Any of the following pieces can be created in your package. Pieces that require more time or a package upgrade will be highlighted:
- Business Cards
- Presentation or Pitch Decks
- Letterhead
- Leaflet
- Brochure (Multi-page layout)
- Have we missed anything? Email us to see if you’re requirement can be done in the selected package
If you don't need print collateral in a given month, those allocated hours can roll over to the next month. The maximum number of hours cannot exceed two months' worth, and your hours will then revert to the original scope.
If you only need one piece, we will allocate the time to creating the work with extra attention to detail. If hours are left over, that will be rolled over to the next month.
Retainers can be put on hold at the start of the month. We must notified at least 48 hours before the first day of the following month. If you choose to pause the retainer in the middle of the month, please note that no refund will be issued for that month.
No. Our monthly fees are static.
If we run over the allocated time in the retainer you have selected, we will charge a fee of £45 per hour. If there are any reasons why we need extra time, we will notify you via email. We will always wait for your approval before charging you extra.
